ABOUT:
The Mill is our house espresso blend that is not only excellent as a double espresso shot, but is equally at home as a filtered drip, pour over, or French press. Blended in-house and pre-roast, the Mill currently consists of a washed Ethiopian coffee and a washed Colombian coffee. The blend changes with the season and with coffee availability, but we strive to keep the flavor profile consistent year-round.
