Description
ABOUT:
This naturally processed coffee is a special nano-lot from Pola’s Coffee Family Farms in Juayúa, El Salvador. The farm is headed by 5th-generation coffee producer Carlos Pola, who is heralded for his commitment to regenerative and sustainable production practices. Processes like harvesting rainwater, soil regeneration, shade drying, and the propagation of mycorrhizae sustain the environmental health of the farm while improving cup quality.
Limonares is a leaf-rust resistant variety that was introduced to the farm around 1984. The production journey begins with a careful selection process that prioritizes the best trees to increase adaptability and cup quality.
This limited edition coffee is extremely special and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. It is especially enjoyable as a pour over or espresso.
